Dr. Jordan Wallace grew up in Navarre, Florida, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Florida before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the Royal Veterinary College. During her training, she completed externships across a variety of settings, including zoos, exotic-animal practices, equine medicine, and small-animal care, which helped shape her clinical interests. 

Dr. Wallace has a strong interest in exotic animal medicine, dentistry, and preventative care. She is passionate about providing thoughtful, comprehensive care and enjoys serving the community she calls home. 

Outside the clinic, Dr. Wallace enjoys spending time outdoors, paddleboarding, running with her dogs, and playing tennis with her family. She shares her home with her two Labrador Retrievers, Loki and Koda, and her two rabbits, Harry and Ginny. 

Dr. Louis Fayolle was born and raised in France, where his love for animals developed through horseback riding, family pets, and life on his family’s farm. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Biology from the University of British Columbia before completing his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree through Ross University. He is a licensed veterinarian in the state of Florida.

Dr. Fayolle’s professional interests include emergency and critical care, avian and exotic medicine, and wildlife medicine. He has also completed additional specialty training in these areas at MSPCA-Angell in Boston.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Fayolle is passionate about wildlife and regularly volunteers his time supporting wildlife rescue efforts. He also enjoys rugby, hiking, skiing, yoga, and spending time with his dog and cat.
